Sarah Elfreth attended Towson University, earning her bachelor’s degree, and later obtained a Master of Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University. Sarah made history in 2018 by becoming the youngest woman ever elected to the Maryland State Senate, representing the 30th district. During her tenure, she was known for her effectiveness, passing 91 bills into law on issues impacting Maryland families. In 2024, she was elected to represent Maryland’s 3rd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives, continuing her commitment to public service at the national level.
