Pat Ryan

Who are they?

In 2022, Pat won the seat formerly held by Antonio Degado, who he lost the primary to in 2018. He attended West Point with two of his fellow congressmen, John James (R-MI) and Wesley Hunt (R-TX).

Pre-Congress?

Pat served in the Army as a combat intelligence officer before working as a subcontractor for Palantir Technologies in Afghanistan. He then founded a software company and worked as a senior vice president of an artificial intelligence platform. He began his career in politics as the county executive for Ulster County, NY before winning a special election to represent the 19th district in Congress.
